TODAY is KOKKINOPEMPTI - Red Thursday in Greece. A holy day. Eggs are boiled and dyed traditionally red, the colour of blood to symbolise the blood of Christ.
However, you can also dye them any colour you want and buy stickers with Barbie and Sponge Bob!!!
I was shopping in town today, I was going to take some photo's but didn't get chance. However, when we got to our restaurant/taverna which is closed for the winter. We found some tiny,very dirty kittens only days old in the flower pot!!!
